Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Farafena Moringa Leaf Powder
  • 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (or 2 cups basil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup olive oil + additional, if necessary
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until everything is smooth.
  • Add additional oil, 1 tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency and to help with blending.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in fridge before use
