1 tbsp Farafena Moringa Leaf Powder
1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
1 cup fresh cilantro (or 2 cups basil)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ cup cashews
¼ cup olive oil + additional, if necessary
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until everything is smooth.
Add additional oil, 1 tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency and to help with blending.
Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in fridge before use
