Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cup Steamed Fonio (1/2 Cup Dried)

  2. 1/2 Cup English Cucumber (Finely Chopped)

  3. 2 Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)

  4. 2 Spring Green Onions (Finely Chopped)

  5. 1/2 Cup Parsley (Finely Chopped)

  6. 1/2 tsp Mint (Dried or Finely Chopped Fresh)

  7. 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder

  8. 1/2 tsp Salt

  9. Juice of One Lemon

  10. 2 tbsp Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. Once all ingredients are finely chopped, mix with the cous-cous style Fonio

  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil and other condiments
