Ingredients
1/2 Cup Steamed Fonio (1/2 Cup Dried)
1/2 Cup English Cucumber (Finely Chopped)
2 Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
2 Spring Green Onions (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Cup Parsley (Finely Chopped)
1/2 tsp Mint (Dried or Finely Chopped Fresh)
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Juice of One Lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Once all ingredients are finely chopped, mix with the cous-cous style Fonio
Add lemon juice, olive oil and other condiments
